Henderson

The suburb of Henderson is a middle-class neighborhood just to the southwest of the Strip. It has better schools than the inner-city and  tons of outdoor activities for families. Las Vegas is very affordable with rent prices around $1,200 and a median home price of $234,000. A trip to the Strip takes about 25 minutes one-way on I-215 east.

Meadows Village

Summerlin is the epitome of convenience. It started as a planned community about 15 miles west of the Strip and provides everything you need within its confines. To get to the Strip take US-95 east to I-15 south, and you’ll get to work in about 20 minutes on average.
