On New Year’s Eve, the entire Las Vegas Strip shuts down to traffic around 6 p.m. so you can dance and party with thousands of other people right on the street. At midnight, the seven resorts launch an elaborate, synchronized fireworks display that’s unlike anything else in the world.

For the best view of the fireworks, you need to get up high. There’s no better way to do that than on High Roller, the tallest Ferris wheel in the world. Towering 550 feet above the Strip, High Roller offers 28 glass-enclosed cabins that provide stunning views of the surrounding action. You can buy individual tickets or book a private group cabin that can hold up to 25 people. The cabins have a full bar, and you get a champagne toast at midnight.
Stargaze Party
Another great place to watch the fireworks show is the Stargaze Party at the Stratosphere Tower Observation Deck. Stop by the chef food stations for tasty eats, and then wash everything down during the four hours of unlimited open bar. There will be Go-Go dancers, a midnight champagne toast, and fireworks viewing all while DJ Kittie provides live entertainment.
